Shipping Policy — Blend Haven (Blendhaven.in)

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns 
and pin codes serviceable by our courier partners.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment 
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays 
will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on orders above ₹599
- Standard shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹599

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number 
via email and WhatsApp to track your delivery in real time.

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, 
our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After 3 failed 
attempts the order will be returned to us.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 
hours with photos at support@blendhaven.in and we will 
resolve it immediately.
